ORDINANCE No. 61-20
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Commercial Zoning Classi-
fication for the Village of Plym-
outh Lot 3, Block 10, Except
Road, Medicine Lake Paris 3rd
Division and Therefore Amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Section i l of Ply-
mouth Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within said Section 11
the following described parcels:
Lot 3, Block 10, Except Road,
Medicine Lake Park 3rd Divi-
sion.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and. authorized to
change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cels as zoned "Commercial."
Section 3. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
November 7, 1961.
