ORDINANCE NO. 81-18
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Light Industrial Zoning
Classification for the Village of
Plymouth Certain Property in
Section 1, Township 118, Range
23 and Therefore Amending the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Section 14 of Plym-
outh Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within said Section 14
the following described parcel:
The North 265 feet of the East
796 feet of the South 60 rods of
the SE% of the SETA of Section
1, Township 118, Range 22, ex-
cept the East 50 feet thereof
for County Road No. 18,
Section 2. The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and authorized to
change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cel as zoned "light industrial."
Srction 3. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
October 17, 1961.
