ORDINANCE NO. 81.17
An Ordinance to Include Will In
the Industrial Zoning Classitica-
tion for the Village of Plymouth
Lots 1. 2 and 3 of Plymouth
hardens and Therefore Amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of PiTmouth.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 14 of Plym-
outh Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within said Section 14
the fallowing described parcels:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Plymouth
Garders.
Section L The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and authorized to
change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cels as zoned "industrial:'
Section S. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
October 17, 1961.
