ORDINANCE NO. 61-15
An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance No. 60-12 of the Village
of Plymouth Providing for
Licenses for the Sale and Dis-
posal of Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquors
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nance No. 60-12. Ordinance No.
60-12 of the Village of Plymouth
is hereby amended to add the fol-
lowing thereto:
"Section 2.10. No person shall
consume or display or allow
consumption or display of beer
or non -intoxicating malt liquor
on any premises of a private
club or public place between
the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00
a.m., or between the hours of
1:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Mem-
orial Day, or between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on
any primarl , special or general
election day."
Section 2. Effective Date. This
ordinance shall become effective
upon its publication.

September 12, 1961.
