VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Ordinance No. 61-12
An Ordinance Repealing Portions
of Ordinance No. 60.12, as
Amended, of the Village of
Plymouth. Relating to the Con-
sumption of Intoxicating Liq-
uors in Public Places.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Repeal of Portions
of Ordinance No. 60-12.
1.01. Sections 3.01 to 3.04 in-
clusive of Ordinance No. 60-12
of the Village of Plymouth as
amended in Ordinance No. 61-2
are hereby repealed.
1.02 All reference in Sections
4 to 9 inclusive of Ordinance No.
60-12 of the Village of Plymouth
to the consumption of intoxicat-
ing liquors in public places are
hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date.
2.01. This Ordinance shall take
effect upon its publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
July 13, 1961.
