The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Section 14 of Plym-
outh Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within said Section 14
the following described parcels:
I. All that part of the South-
west % of the Southwest %
of Section 22, Township 118
North, Range 22 West, de-
scribed as follows: Commenc-
ing at the Southwest corner
of said Section 22; thence
North along the West line
thereof 935 feet; thence East
parallel with. the South line
of said section a distance of
333 feet to the point of be-
ginning of the property be-
ing described; thence North-
erly to a point on the North
line of said Southwest % of
the Southwest 1/4 distant 321.5
feet East of the Northwest
corner thereof; thence East
along said North line to its
intersection with the South-
erly right-of-way line of
State Highway No. 55; thence
South -Easterly along said
Southerly right-of-way line
to its intersection with the
Westerly right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway No. 494;
thence Southerly along said
Westerly right-of-way line to
its intersection with a line
drawn through the point of
beginning parallel with the
South line of said Section 22;
thence West to the point of
beginning; except an ease-
ment for road over the Nor-
therly, North - Easterly, and
Easterly 30 feet thereof.
2. All that part of the South-
west V4 of the Southwest IY4
of Section 22, Township 118
North, Range 22 West, de-
scribed as follows: Commenc-
ing at the Southwest corner
of said Section 22 • thence
North along the West line
thereof 755 feet to the point
of begiming of the property
being described; thence con-
tinuing North along said West
line 200 feet; thence East
parallel with the South line
of said Section 22 a distance
of 373 feet; thence South -
Easterly to a point 433 feet
East of the point of beginning
measured on a line drawn
through said point of begin-
ning parallel with the South
line of said section; thence
West 433 feet to the point of
beginning; except an ease -
for road purposes over
the West 33 feet thereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk
is hereby directed and authorized
to change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cels as zoned "industrial."
Section 3. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
