VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING AND PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING
OF OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS

.The Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Amendment of Existina Ordinance.
1.01 Section 2 of the Ordinance adopted January 3.,
1956 and entitled, "An Ordinance Regulating
and Providing for the Licensing of Outdoor
Advertising Signs" as amended by Ordinance
No. 60-1 adopted January 5, 1960 is further

amended by adding the following thereto as
Section 2.01:
"2.01 The Village Clerk, upon receipt J'
of an application for perr,ission
.
to display a sign, shall, if such
application is accompanied by the
required descriptions and sketches 4
and upon payment of the fees re-
quired by Sectio- 7 hereof, refer
such application to the Public
Safety Committee of the Village
Council and to the Police Depart-
ment for their advioe and recom-
mendations which advice and re-
commendations shall be submitted
directly to the Village Council."

Effective Date
2.01 This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
publication.
