VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
An Ordinance Amending Ordi
nance No. 59-3 Creating a Vil-
lage Planning Commission
The Village Council of tL. Vil-
lage of Plymouth Does Hereby
Ordain As Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nance No. 59-3. Ordinance No.
59.3 of the Village of Plymouth is
hereby amended to strike and de-
lete the provision of Section 3.02
thereof and substitute the follow-
ing therefor:
"Section 3.02. So that there
will be geographic representa-
tion on the Commission, there
are hereby careated for the pur-
wuie of this Ordinance nine (9)
•listricts as follows:
District 1 shall be composed of
Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12;
District 2 shall be composed of
Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10;
District 3 shall be composed of
Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8;
District 4 shall be composed of
Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20;
District 5 shall be composed of
Sections 15, 16, 21 and 22;
District 6 shall be composed of
Sections 13, 14, 23, 24 and 25;
District 7 shall be composed of
Sections 26, 35, and 36;
District 8 shall be composed of
Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34;
District 9 shall be composed of
Section 29, 30, 31 and 32;
all of said sections being in
Township 118, Range 22, and
comprising the Village of Plym-
outh. There shall be on the
Commission at all times nine
(9) "Representative" members
composed of one (1) resident from
each district."
Section 2. Effective date of this
Ordinance shall take effect upon
its publication.

April 11, 1961.
