Vr_LAGE OF PLYMOUTH
An Ordinance Establishing a
Traffic Violation Bureau for the
Village of Plymouth.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Eatsib8shmaat. The
Traffic Violations Bureau of the
Village of Plymouth is hereby
authorized and established. The
Traffic Violations Bureau shall
be conducted and operated in ac-
cordance with rules adopted by
the Municipal Court of the Vil-
lage in accordance with Chapter
492, Minnesota Statutes (Chap-
ter 527, Laws of 1953).
Section 2. Procedure. The Clerk
of the Municipal Court shall be
the Director of the Traffic Vio-
lations Bureau and may assign
subordinates in his office to per-
form the work of the traffic Vio-
lations Bureau under his direc-
tion. The Traffic Violations Bur-
eau will be located in the Village
Hall and will be open for busi-
ness each day, except Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays, from 8:01
a. in. to 4:30 p. m.
Section S. Records, !lass and
Toads. The Traffic Violations
Bureau shall keep such records
of cases brought before it as are
required by Section 492.08, Min-
nesota Statutes. All funds receiv-
ed by the Traffic Violations Bur-
eau shall be paid over to the Vil-
lage Treasurer and all expenses
incurred in the operation of the
Bureau shall be paid subject to
the approval of the Village Coun-
cil.
Section 4. ElBeetine Dab. This
ordinance shall take effect upon
its publication.
