THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Or-
dinance No. (10-12. Ordinance No.
60-12 of the Village of Plymouth
is hereby amended to add the fol-
lowing thereto:
"Section 2.09. Notwithstanding
any of the foregoing provisions
of this ordinance, the Village
Council may issue an 'on sale'
license to a religious or non-profit
corporation or association for an
annual fee of Ten ($10.00) Dol-
lars. Provided, however, that ap-
proval of the Village Council
shall be required for each occa-
sion on which said religious or
non-profit corporation or associa-
tion offers non -intoxicating malt
liquors for sale or disposal. Ap-
plication for such a license shall
be made to the village in the
same manner as required in the
other sections of this ordinance."
"Section 3.05j. Nritwithstanding
any of the foregoing provisions of
this ordinance, the Village Coun-
cil may issue a license for the
consumption of intoxicating
liquors in public places to a re-
ligious or non-profit corporation
or as:ociation for an annual fee
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars. Provided,
however, that approval of the
Village Council shall be required
for each occasion on which said
religious or non-profit corpora-
tion or association proposes to
permit consumption of intoxicat-
ing liquors in a public place. Ap-
plication for such a license shall
be made to the village in the
same manner as required in the
other sections of this ordinance."
Section L Effective date. This
ordinance shall take effect upon
its publication.
