An Ordinance Amending the Zon-
ing Ordinance of the VUkge of
Plymouth to Delete Certain
Lands from the Residential
Zone and to Include Said Lands
within the commercial Zone
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ex-
isting Ordinance
Plymouth Village Zoning Ordi-
nance No. Two is hereby amend-
ed by deleting the following de-
scribed property from the resi-
dential zone and including said
Property in the commercial zone:
That part of the Northeast
one-quarter (N.E. %) of Section
Thirty-five (35), Township One
Hundred Eighteen (118), Range
Twenty-two (22). described as
follows: Beginning at a point
on the South line of Tract H,
Registered Land Survey Num-
ber 358, which point is 251.0
feet South of the North line of
the Northeast % of said Section
35, as measured at right angles
to said North line, and 355.0
feet West of the East line of the
Northeast % of said Section 35,
as measured along the South
line of said Tract H; thence
continue West along said South
line of Tract H, a distance of
450.0 feet; thence South at right
angles, a distance of 300.0 feet;
thence East parallel to the
South line of said Tract H, a
distance of 450.0 feet; thence
North at right angles, a distance
of 300.0 feet, to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage and
publication.

February 14, 1981.
