VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Residential Zoning Clasaifi-
cation for the Village of Plym-
outh Certain Property in Sec-
tion 25. Township 118, Range
IL and Thereby Amending the
of
Ordinance of the Village

The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section I. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinances of the Village of Ply-
mouth originally promulgated by
the Village Council for the Vil-
lage of Plymouth on August 2,
1855 designated as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Ply-
mouth," as amended is hereby
further amended by adding to
and including the residential zone
the following described parcels:
The Westerly 150 feet of that
part of Government Lot 5, Sec-
tion 25, Township 118, Range 22,
lying Southeasterly of the ex-
isting road right of way meas-
ured perpendicular to said road
right of way, and lying adja-
cent thereto.
That part of the southeast quar-
ter (SE�l4) of the Southeast
quarter (SEY4) of Section 25,
Township 118, Range 22, De-
scribed as follows: A strip of
land 150 feet in width lying
Southeasterly of existing road
right of way, measured perpen-
dicular to said road right of
way, and lying adjacent there-
to.
The Northerly 150 feet of that
part of Government Lot 4, Sec-
tion 25, Township 118, Range 22,
lying South of the existing road
right of way, measured perpen-
dicular to said road right of
way, and lying adjacent there-
to.
Section 2. The Village Clerk for
said Village is hereby directed
and authorized to change and
amend the zoning map of the
Village of Plymouth so as to
show the above parcels as zoned
"residential."
Section 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publi-
cation.

November 22, 1960.
