Village of Plymouth
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Industrial Zoning Cbssi$ea-
tion for the Village of Plymouth
Certain Property in Sections 22
and 27. Township 118. Range 2L
and Therefore Amending the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village
Of Plymouth.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Section 14, of Chap-
ter 13, of the Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth, originally
promulgated by the Village Coun-
cil for the Village of Plymouth on
August 2, 1955, designated as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the Village
o1 Plymouth," as amended, is
hereby further amended by add-
ing to and including within said
Section 14, the following de-
scribed parcels:
Beginning at the northeast
corner of the southwest one-
quarter of Section 27, Township
118, Range 22; thence south
along the east line of the south-
west one-quarter to the south
line of the north one-half of the
southeast one-quarter of Sec-
tion 27, Township 118, Range
22; thence east along said south
line of the north one-half of the
southeast one-quarter to the
east line of Section 27, Town-
ship 118, Range 22; thence
north along said section line a
distance of 467.95 feet to the
southwesterly R.O.W. line of
State Trunk Highway No. 55;
thence northwesterly along said
southwesterly R.O.W. line of
State Trunk Highway No. 55 to
the Point of intersection with
the easterly R.O.W. line of
F.A.I. route 494; thence south-
westerly along the easterly
R.O.W, line of F.A.I. route 494
to the north line of Section 27,
Township 118, Range 22; thence
youth 0° 24' 49" east a distance
of 885.80; thence south 6' 07,27"
east a distance of 150.75 feet;
thence south 00 24' 49" east a
distance of 803.03 feet; thence
south 8° 30' 50" west a distance
of 339.81 feet; thence south 6°
06' 31" west a distance of 463.01
feet to the north line of the
southwest one-quarter of Sec-
tion 27, Township 118, Range
22; thence east along said north
line to the point of beginning.
Section L Section 1, of Chapter
13, of the Ordinances of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth, originally pro-
mulgated by the Village Council
for the Village of Plymouth on
August 2, 1955, designated as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth," as amended, is
hereby further amended by ex-
cluding therefrom those parts of
Section 22 and Section 27, Town-
ship 118, Range 22, as are de-
scribed in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. The ViUage Clerk
and the Administrator of Zoning
for the Village of Plymouth, are
hereby directed and authorized to
change and amend the Zoning
Map for the Villager f Plymouth,
so as to show the ab .ve said par-
cels as zoned "Indu Arial."

of the Village of Plymouth, on
