An Ordinance to Include Within
the _" ammeraial Zoning Cla"W-
eation for the V .11age of Plym-
outh Certain Property Within
Section 36, in Township 116,
Range 22, and Therefore
Amending the Zoning Ordi-
nance of the Village of Plym-
outh
'lee Village Council,if Plym-
outh do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth, originally promulgated
by the Village Council for the
Village of Plymouth on August 2,
1955, designated as the "Zoning
Cidinance of the Village of Plym-
outh," as amended, is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within the Commercial
Zone the following described par-
cel:
That part of the Northeast
Quarter (NEya) of the Southwest
Quarter (SWY4) of Section Thir-
ty-six (36) in Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying between the
Southwesterly (SW'ly) right-of-
way line of State Highway 55
and the Northerly (N'ly) right-
of-way line of County Road 6
and Easterly (E'ly) of the fol-
lowing described line: Begin-
ning at a point in the South-
westerly (SW'ly) right-of-way
line of said State Highway 55,
215 feet southeasterly (SE'ly)
measured along the highway
right-of-way from the North
(N) line of said Northeast Quar-
ter (NE%) of the Southwest
Quarter (SWI/a); thence South-
westerly (SW'iy) on a line per-
pendicular to Southwesterly
(SW'ly) right-of-way line of
said Highway, 103.65 feet, more
or less, to the Northerly (Wly)
right-of-way line of said County
Road 6, and there terminating.
Section L The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and authorized to
change and amend the zoning
map for the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cel as zoned Commercial.
Seedmi 3- This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publica-
tion.
Passed by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth this
19th day of April, 1960.
