AN ORDINANCE TO D9CLUDE
WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL
ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FOR THE VILLAGE OF PLY-
MOUTH CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP
118, RANGE n AND THERE-
FORE AMENDING THE ZON-
ING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14 of Chap-
ter 13 of the Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth, originally
promulgated by the Village Coun-
cil for the Village of Plymouth on
August 2, 1955, designated as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth," as amended, is
hereby further amended by add-
inp to and including within said
Section 14 the following de-
scribed parcels:
1. Government ',nt 5, Sec-
tion 25, Township Range
22, Except that part platted as
"Inglebrae" and except the
existing public traveled road
adjacent to the east side of
Medicine Lake and also except
that part of Government Lot 5
lying west of said road.
2. The Southeast Quarter
=%) of the Southeast Quar-
ter (SEs) of Section 25, Town-
ship 118, Range 22, except the
existing public traveled road.
8. That part of Government
Lot 4 lying south of the existing
public traveled road adjacent to
the south side of Medicine Lake.
4. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 14, Medicine Lake Park,
First Division.
5. Vacated Columbia Ave-
nue lying between Blocks 13
and 14, Medicine Lake Park,
First Division.
6. Lots 1, 2, 16, 17 and 18
and the south 100 feet of Lot
15, Block 13, Medicine Lake
Park, First Division.
SECTION 2 Section 1 of Chap-
ter 13 of the Ordinances of the
Village of Plymouth, originally
promulgated by the Village Coun-
cil for the Village of Plymouth
or, August Z, 1955, designated as
the "Zoning Ordinance of th e
Village of Plymouth" yo
amended, is hereby further
amended by excluding twat 1,
those parts of Section 25, Town-
ship 118, Range 22, as are de-
scribed in Section I hereof.
SECTION 8. The Village Clerk
and/or the Administrator of zon-
ing for said Village are hereby
directed and authorized to change
and amend the zoning -sap tar
the Village of Plymouth so as
to show the above said parcels as
zoned "Industrial."
SECTION 4. This ordinance
shall be in full face and F NO r'
from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth on
May 16, 1958, which action was
ratified and eonfirmed on Manch
19, 1960.
