CHAPTER 13
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Comaerew Zoning classi-
Sication for the Village of Plym-
outh Certain Property Described
a= Outlets I and 2. Oakwood
Manor. and Therefore Amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village Of Plymouth.
The Village Council of Plym-
outh do hereby ordain as follows:
Section I. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinance of the Village of Plym-
outh, originally promulgated by
the Village Counu-il for the Vil-
lage of Plymouth on August 2,
1955, designated as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Plym-
outh." as amended, is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
i.jcluding within the Commercial
Zone the following described par.
cel:
Outlots 1 and 2, Oakwood
Manor, according to the map
or plat thereof on file and rec-
ord in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section L The Village Clerk,
and/or the administrator of zon-
ing for said Village, are hereby
duveted and authorized to change
and amend the zoning map for the
Village of Plymouth so as to show
the above said parcel as zoned
Commercial.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
nand after its passage and publi-
cation.

21st day of July, 1959.
