CHAPTER IS
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Commercial Zoning ClMi-
fication for the Village of Plym.
outh Certain Property Described
as Outlot 3. Oakwood Mawr,
and Therefore Amending the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth.
The Village Council of Plym-
outh do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinance of the Village of Plym-
outh, originally pror •ulgated by
the Village Council for the V'-1-
lage of Plymouth on August Z,
1955, designated as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Plym-
outh," as amended, is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within the Commercial
'Lone the following described Par -
eel:
Oudot 3, Oakwood Manor, ac-
cording to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota,
Section L The Village Clerk,
and/or the administrator of zon-
ing for said Viilage, are hereby
directed and authorized to change
and amend the zoning map for the
Village of Plymouth so as to show
the above said parcel as zoned
Commercial.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall
bp in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publi-
cation.
