The Village Council of plym-
outh do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinances of the Village of
Plymouth, originally promulgated
by the Village Council for the
Village of Plymouth on August 2.
1055, designated as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Plym-
outh," as amended, is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within the Commercial
Zone the following described par-
cel:
The North One-half (N%) of
the Northwest One-quarter of
the Northeast One-quarter
(NW Y4 of NEIl4), Section 30,
Township 118, flange 22, Hen-
nepin County: Mim.esota,
Section L The Village Clerk
and/or the Administrator of Zon-
ing for said Village are hereby
Directed and authorized to change
and amend the Zoning Map for
the Village of Plymouth so as to
show the above said parcel as
zoned Commercial. The commer-
cial use is restric±d to that of a
fraternal philanthropic and elee-
mosynary nature, and the zoning
of this tract shall revert back to
residential zoning without further
action of the Village Council
when that use is abandoned.
Section 3. This Ordinance No.
50-5 Gassed on February 3, 1859,
and concerning the zoning of the
same identical tract described in
this Ordinance is hereby express-
ly repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publi-
cation.
Passed by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth this
7th day of April, 1959.
