The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do ordain as
follows:
SeWeA I. The road committee
or the clerk with the consent of
the Village Council may establish
weight restrictions on all or part
of the streets and roads in said
Village.
saaiian L Said weight restric-
tions shall be published by post-
ing signs or notices on the roads
or streets affected.
!teflon L No person, Am or
corporation shall operate a vehicle
upon said streets or roads of a
weight in excrss of said posted
limits. except by written permit
granted by the Village Clerk.
seed = L Any permit shall be
issued by the clerk only in com-
pliance with Ordinance No. 59-2
paused on February 3, 1959.
L Any person, firm or
corporation who violate any pro-
vision of this Ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and sub-
ject to a fine not to exceed $100.00
cr imprisonment not to exceed 90
days.
