An Ordinance Amending the Zon-
ing Ordinance of the Village of
Plym 7uth and Providing for the
Req .. Lrements of a Fee for Each
Application to Rezone.
The Village Council of the Vil.
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 13 of the
Ordinances of the Village of
Plymouth, originally promulgated
1.�N the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth on August 2,
I955, designated as a Zoning Or-
dinance of the Village of Plym-
outh, as amended, is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including the following:
Section 2. Each application for
t ie rezoning of any parcel or
tract of land in the Village of
Plymouth shall be filed with the
'v illage ClerK, together with a fee
of Twenty-five dollars to coyer
the cost of processing the applica-
tion. In the event the application
is turned down, or not acted upon,
the fee is to stay with the Village
of Plymouth and not to be re-
funded to the applicant.

3rd day of March, 1959.
