An Ordinance Abolishing the
Office of Constable and Desig-
nating an Officer for Service of
Process
The Village Council for the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to M. S. A.
§212.34, the office of Constable
is hereby abolished for the Vil-
lage of Plymouth.
Section L The Chief of Police
of said Village is hereby desig-
nated as the officer of the Village
for Service of Process.
This Ordinance shall be in force
and effect 30 days after publica-
tion.
Adopted the 6th day of October,
1959.
