An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of
the ,ivin of Plymouth.
CHAPTER 14-2
The Town Boaru of theTown of Plymouth does hereby ordain:
Section 1.
,ubdivision 1 of Seation 11 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Town of Plymouth is hereby amended by adding thereto at the
end thereof -he following:
1. Thi t port of the Southeast quarter of Section 360
Towmsdip 118, .Mange 22, lying Vie.3t of County hoad No. 18, North
of the neer State Highway No. 55 and South of County Road No. 6.
2. The idorth 300 feet of the East 300 f : et of that pert
of the South One-half of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, lying
South of County Road No. 6 and lest of State highway No. 101.
Section 2.
Subdivision 3 of Section 11 of said Ordinance is hereby
amended by adding thereto at the end thereof the following:
1. That part of the South One-half of Section 7 and the
North One-half of Section 18, all in Tovmship 118, Range 22,
lying North of the new State Hi=-,hway No. 55, South of the old
State Highway No. 55 and West of State Highway No. 101.
2. The Northerly 500 feet measured parallel with the South
line of New State Highway No. 55, of that part of the East Three-
quarters of tue Soutneast Quarter of Section 36, Township 118,
Range 22, lying South of Ile -4, State Highway No. 55.
3. The East 500 feet of that part of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 36, Township 118, flange 22, lying South of new State
Highway No. 55 and that part of the South One-half of the Northwest
Quarter and that part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
Quarter and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of and
within 500 feet of new State Highway No. 55, except the West 400
feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 36.
4. The East 500 feet of that part of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range .22,
lying West of new State n' ghway No. 55.
5. t' The South 200 feet of that part of the East One-half
of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14,
Township 118, Range 22, lying North of old ;;hate Highway i%o. 55.
6. The East 300 feet of that part of the Southeast Quarter

Section 4.
Section 11 of said Ordinance is hereby amended by adding

1. That part of the Northegst Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 20, To-,vmship 118, Range 22, lying East of the
West 500 f --et thereof and North of County Road No. 48.
2. The East 350 feet of the South One-half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Tovmship 118,Range 22.
3. The Last 930 feet of the South 500 feet of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 118, Range
22, and the North 800 feet of the East 330 feet of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section.
4. The South 700 feet of the West 24.52 rods of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 118,
Range 22.
5. Lot 10, Block 1, "Chrrstensen's Parker bake Second
Addition."
6. Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 4, "Klausman's Addition."
7. Lots 1 and 2, block 10, "Medicine Lake Park Third Division."
Section 5.
Subdivision 2 of Section 14 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Town of Flylpouth is hereby amended by adding thereto at the
end thereof the following:
1. That part of the South One-half of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of the Minnesota
and Western Railroad.
Section 6.
Section 14 of said Ordinance is hereby amended by adding
thire-to at the end thereof Subdivision 3, which shall read as follows:.
1. Block 6, "Beacon Heights First Addition."
2. Lot 1, Block "A", Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block "C"; Lots 3
and }, Block "D"; and all Of block "E"; "Plymouth Ordhard's Addition."
3. The West 500 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 118, Range 22,
lying North of County Road No. 48.
Section 7.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the Town board of the Town of Plymouth this

AgRaMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2, SECTION 36
December 22,11954
Amendment to Ordinance No. 2, Section 36, Line 4 to
read that: No building shall be erected, moved or altered in
this town,
This Amendment shall be in full force and effect
.from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the Town Board of the Town of Plymouth
this 27th day of December, 1954.

An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2 Entitled An }
Ordinance Relating to and Regulating the Location, Size and Use
of Buildings, Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of
Population In the Town of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
for the Purpose of Promoting Public Welfare, Safety, Order, Fire
Protection, Convenience, Propperity and General Welfare in Said
Town and. for Such Purpose to Divide Said Town into Districts.
The Town Board of theTown of Plymouth does hereby Ordain:
Section 1, Ordinance No. 2, entitled "An Ordinance relating to
and regulating the location, size and use of buildings, arrangement
of buildings on lots and the density of population in the Town or
Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and for the purpose of promoting
publics welfare, safety, order, fire protection, convenience, prosperity
and general welfare in said Towyn and for such purpose to 0.16vide said
Town into Districts," is hereby amended as hereinafter se', out.
Section 2, Short'Title. The said Ordinenoo and Amendments thereto
are hereby designazed as and may be referred to as "The Zoning
Ordinance of the Town of Plymouth."
Section 3• Amendments: Section 1+0 of said Ordinance is hereby
amended by striking therefrom the entire Section and substituting therefor
the following:
Section 40. Amendments: This Ordi$nce may be aaended by the
Town Board by a two-thirds vote of all ambers of the Town Board
voting in favour of such Amendment.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full forov and effect
after its adoption, passage and publication.
Passed by the Town Board of the Town of Plymouth this
