That iL shall be unlawful to fire off or discharge any Gun,, Pistol or other firearm or weapon «sang bullets or projectiles larger than Buckshot within the `:'own of Pl.rMouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota except as hereinafter provide), Section 2. That it shall he I&wful to use such firearms and weapons upon and within the ll:-:ts of a bond, fide and approved target rings fnr which a permit shall have been first issued by the direction of t"e Town ooard, and upon pa.,ment of a fee of $75.00. Sftct� ion (A) That no person ender the age of 16 years shall fire off or discharge any gun, pistol or other fire am or weapon within the said flown of Plyrraouth . (B) It shall be in violation of this ordinance for a parent or guardian of any person ;ander the age of 16 yearn to knowingly permit any such person to discharge any weapon as descrihed in Sectsan 3 (A). Section 4 That it Shall be lawful to discharge any shot gun or fire arta not using using bullets or projectiles larger than buckshot in that certain part of the Town of Fl.nnouth within the following boundaries: Beginning at a point „n the north side of the Rockford Road where it intersects with County hold =�o. l ., thence westward along the north side of said Rockford road lentil it intersects with the rreund Cross road, thence south along the west side of the Freund Gross road in a straight Line to County Road flo . U, thence west vl-+ng the north side of County r -ad No. 6 to the west Township line, thence north to the North Town line, thence east to County road No. IR, thence south along County road No. 18 to the point of beginning. Section S. "nothing in this ordinance shall, be construed to embrace the f tri ng of any Gun, Pistol or speeied of fire arm when done In the lawful defense of Verson, Property, or family or in the defense or enforcement of the law. Secti.n 6. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall bbe guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.CO or by imprisonment in the hennepin County jail `'or not more than 90 days, or both and any Gun, Pistol, Firearms or �eapon in the loossess on of said person shall be confiscated. Section 7. Any provisions relating to areae except within this ordinance can be amended at the discretion of the town board only upon written request. to they Town Board, and after said hoard has conducted a special hearing.
