RESOLUTION No. 2013-061
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE FROM
THE RESOURCE PLANNING/DEA FUND FOR POLICE EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, additional public safety equipment and training is needed to enhance our
capabilities to response to emergency events; and
WHEREAS, the city has fiends available in the Resource Planning Fund/DEA reserve
eligible for this purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA to approve the purchase of public safety equipment
from the Resource Planning Fund, DEA reserve in an amount not to exceed $23,000.
