A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AGREEMENT REGARDING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN
CORNERSTONE COMMONS AND VILLAS AT CORNERSTONE COMMONS HOMEOWNER'S
ASSOCIATIONS AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City has a policy for accepting private streets and utilities into the City's
utility system; and
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to assume maintenance responsibility for
utilities in a private development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: approving Agreement Regarding Transfer of
Certain Improvements between Cornerstone Commons Homeowner's Associations and City of
Plymouth and approving Agreement Regarding Transfer of Certain Improvements between
Villas at Cornerstone Commons Homeowner's Associations and City of Plymouth.
