: the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of March , 1970 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda,-Councilmen Johnson, Hints and Spaeth
• The following members were absent: -Councilman Sindseth
Mayor Hildaintroduced the following Resolution and
r,"oved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-99
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY-THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY..OUTH: '
..the expenditure
Expenditure-Is hereby adthorised/of $27,600 to extend the
water main from Well A to the elevated task and to 23rd-
Avenue and back to -X agora Lau to provide rater serVICS
for the ftyaoutb Vlllasr' isainteneAce sim*-' ,•
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Coonellman Johnson
Riots and Spaeth , and the following voted
against: Bona
t=hereupon the Resolution'was declared duly passed and adopted.
