VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a `�e,.�s� meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rdday of March , 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Kindseth
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: '
RESOLUTION NO. 70-95
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby authorized to hire another
employee for the Water and Sewer Department.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth
and Maar Hilda , and the following voted
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
