Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day

of March , 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
The following members were absent Councilman Kindseth
Mayor Hilda introduced the folloving Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-94

WHEREAS, i

it has been found necessary that certain streets in the
Southwest Improvement Atea, Project f68 -1E need fill to
i
alleviate the impassible conditions that exist.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF'i3m
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to ,spend up to $15,000
to purehase'and lay down whatavar sand and gravel in necessary l
to make one passable lane on tit's streets requiring such treatment.
Said expenditure is to be takanfout of the Construction Fund. F

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Councilmen Johnson
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
. and the following voted against: Nona
Whereupon the. Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
