Village Couscil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of March, 19T0. The following members were present:
Councilra.Johason, Hints, Kisdseth and Spaeth. Mayor Rude was
absent, Acting Mayor Johnson presided.
Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
