Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of March, 1970. The following umbers Were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz. Johnson, %indseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. 1tie4 tt* *ee Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved ' I �its adaption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-$4 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Northeast Sever Interceptor installation. Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following were received complying with the advertisement. NOW THBRSME, BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE i OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The above said bid.award,ia subject to approval by the Federal Water Pollution Control Agency. 2. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Peter Lametti Co. of St. Paul, Minnesota in the new of the Village of Plymouth for installation of the Northeast Sewer Inter- ceptor, according to the plans and specification's therefor approved by the Village -Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 3. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith ,to all bidders the deposits Made with their bids, except that the deposits of :the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded by Cenncilman Johnson and upon vote being_takow thereon, the following voted in favor cbareof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.
