Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
:he Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2ndday of March , 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor 11ilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Wen

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-82
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By -THE VnIMS COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLIDMUTH.
Mr. Peter E. Thomsen, 2565 Queensland Lane, Wayzata, Minn.
is hereby appointed as a member "at large" to the Plymouth
Village Park Commission for a term to expire Februafy ,
28, 1973.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson • and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Flavor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson. Kindseth and Spaeth , and the follaXing voted
against: Nor. •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting • -
Uc*uty Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held March 2 , 19L70 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
