Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ..p2„12r meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of March . 19_2D. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hintz Johnson Kindseth and Spstoth _
The following members were absent: None _•

Councilman Mintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-81
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By 'THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
Mr. James C.' Wahl, 915 K3ngsview Lane Worth and Mr. Klaus
P. Becker, 2731 Black Oaks Lane are hereby appointed, to,
the Board -of Zoning Adjustment for a period to expire ,
December 310 1971.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hide. Coypci m n Hintz.
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth , and the following voted
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
