its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-79
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR:
Project No. 68-2A, Storm Sewer Installation
BE IT RESOLVED Ly the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota as follows; .
1. it is hereby determined that the total cost of $6472.80 Including all
incidental expenses, is in the sum of $350.00, and that the am of $6822.80
is to be assessed against benefitted property.
2. The Village Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected is accordance
with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereoft
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Johnson, Riindseth and Spaeth.
No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution Was declared duly passed and adopted.
