No one was absent - A66 Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 70-78 WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 2nd day of February, 1970 as the date for a public hearing on Project t68 -2A, Storm Sewer Installation with respect to the following described area: Lots 4, 5 and 6 Block 1 Plymouth Plass 4th Addition. Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Block 2, Glen Erie Addition. The South 412.5 feet of the North 445.5 feet of the West 141.5 feet of the East 316.5 Net of the Mh of NEk of Section 24. Township 118, Rang* 22. WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 2nd day of March, 1970. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TNN VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted March 2, 1970. 2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and.upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Hints, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. •+►e ¢ � atm e** w t
