VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
' Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of March , 19 70. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-77
WHEREAS, Hughes Brothers Construction Co. asked for a 35' waiver
for an addition to the existing Tom Thumb Supermarket at 4130
State Highway /101.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A resolution to grant a waiver on the South side down to 15' and
grant a waiver on the East sXdoline down to zero feet with the
stipulation that no further building permits be issued on Lots
1 and 2, Block 1, Hughston Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon. the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindeeth.
and the following voted against: Councilman Spaeth

Whereupon the.Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
