Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of February , 19 70 The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson. Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
:.loved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-76
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF' •,THE
VILLAGE OF PLD.OJJTH.
The General Fund disbursement of the First National Bank of
Wayzata in the amount of'$34,762.31 and the Construction and -
Sinking Fund disbursement of .the First National Bank of
Minneapolis in the amount of.$1,678,325.59 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Ge _ ieee, , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: MAvnr 111de_ Councij=n Hintz.

Whereupon the Resolution'was declared duly passed and adopted.

mputy Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of

thereof on file in my office and the same is a full. true and complete
transcript therefrom.
