VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
23rd day of February, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-74
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council was adopted the
20th day of October, 1969, fixed the 17th day of November, 1969
as the date for a public hearing to consider the installation of a
storm sewer in the following described area, to -wit:
SWC of SIik Section 220 T118 lying west of I. S. Hwy. 6494
That part of NW14 of SVh of Section 22, lying west of I. S. X7494
except roads.
That part of the NWh Section 27 lying west of I.S. 6494 except
roads and except that part lying south of following described
line: Commencing at a point on the west line of said NWS,
distant 150' north of SW corner thereof; thence Northeasterly
to a point on the Westerly ROW line of I.S. 6494, distant 525'
North of South line of said NW3b as measured along said Westerly
ROW line of I.S. #494 and there terminating.

described line: Commencing at a point on the West line of
said NWS distant 550' North of SW corner thereof; thence

except roads.

pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. CH., 398).
The•.area proposed to be assessed for such improvements in the property
benefited. The astistated cost of such improvement is $916,000.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of this improvement was given tan days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice and the hearing was held and property owners
heard on the 1st day of December, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvements as net out above and for the streets as
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council

Resolution October 20, 1969.
2. T.he Village Consultant Engineer is hereby directed to pre-
pare plane and specifications for the slaking of such
improvemant
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and_ upon vote being taken thereon, the

fallowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Clerk of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of; said Village_held'February 23, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same .relates
to PROJECT 168-2C.'
