Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a AperI&I meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was hold on the
23rdday of February ^ . 19 70 . The following members were presents
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-73
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Mt: James A.•Reuper is hereby appointed as the Plymouth Village
Park and Recreational Dilrector effective March 16, 1970 at a
salary as specified on file in the office of the Village Cldrk.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rasolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson . and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson Kindseth and Suaeth . and the following voted
against: None •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting -
Dcputy Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, t;innesota, hereby certify

said Village held February 23 , 19_2_, with the original
thereof on file in my office,and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
