Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of February , 1970 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-72
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY•THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby directed to provide reports for .
the Council with more rgearch, more details, recommendations,
and in some cases, alternatives by which the Council may more
readily and speedily merit particular questions and subjects.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz.
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth , and the following voted
against• None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
D4futy Clerk of the Village' of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held February 23 , 19 70 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
