HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-071VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the 23rd3ay of February , 19 70 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth The following members were absent: None *a* �a Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-71 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH. The Acting Manager is hereby authorized to purchase an Addressing Machine from Addressing and Duplicating Systems, Inc. for $2110 and a trade-in of $500 for the present Elliott machine. (1632 Chicago Ave., Mple., Minn.) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by r_.,..ne•i l— gi^tz , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson_ Kindsgth and Spaeth , and the following voted against: Nnne Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *e* STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
