RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
f REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
;Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

t The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
,
lHintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
'moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-70
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 34th Avenue North between
County Road 1118 and Kilmer Lane, and assess the abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111. (PROJECT #70-8A)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth, no one
against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held February 23, 1970, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
