VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ii Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

`,16th day of February, 1970. The following members were present:
;Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johiuon, Kindseth and Spaeth. There were
no absent members.

;i Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-68
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That pursuant to statutory authority, the Plymouth Village
Engineer for and on behalf of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota
Department of Highways, needed engineering and technical services
during the year of 1970; for which payment will be made by the
Village upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner
of Highways.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth, and no one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being tr duly qualified Deputy Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held February 16, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 24th day of February, 1970.
