Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rog„lar meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16tMay of February , 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and ,+rs
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-67
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLIXOUTH:
The regular payroll disbursement for the period ending
February 13, 1970 in the amount of $13,627.19
is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted'i0 favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth and the following voted
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
