Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
l6th day of February, 1970. The following masbers were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. There
were no absent members.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-•66
WHEREAS, Mr. Floyd A. Kruse submitted an application for a j
Combination Retailer's On -Sale and Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License.
NOW iHERzFM, BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF `
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council of the Village of Plymouth hereby deny the request
for an On Sale and Off Sale Woa-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
for Dino's Pizza Restaurant, 10910 South Shore rrive.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded., by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
(, Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
