HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-064EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA February 16, 1970 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on February 16, 1970 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. .n moil An pinti introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLUTION NO. 70- 64 A RESOLUTION CORRECTING AND MODIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 69-138 AND RESOLUTION NO. 69-459 WHEREAS, the Council did on the 5th day of May, 1969 adopt Resolution No. 69-138 setting a date for public hearing with respect to the installation of sanitary sewer on 'j West Medicine Lake Drive from 26th Avenue to 28th Avenue, and �I WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December, 1969 the Council I+ did in Resolution No. 69-459 order plans and specifications i! for the installation of sanitary sewer and street restoration ii !i on Medicine Lake Drive from Goldie Avenue to 26th Avenue, and WHEREAS, said resolutions were incorrect in part in l that they failed to completely describe said sanitary sewer project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF Th E VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: it `i 'r 1. Resolution No. 69-138 and Resolution No. 69-459 are both hereby amended to describe the installation of sanitary sewer and street restiora- tion work to read as follows: old West Medicine Lake Drive from '-eAvenue to 28 1/2 Avenue and Jonquil, Larch and Goldie Lanes. 2. The Village Clerk is directed to correct said original resolution in such respects." The above motion was seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) ss. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Village Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and fore- going extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held February 16, 1970 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to correcting and modifying certain provisions of Resolution No. 69-138 and Resolution No. 69-459.
