Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of February. 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman
Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-55
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWSt
Dawan B. Barnes is hereby appointed Acting (Interim) Manager
for the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reeolutiam we duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints.
Spaeth, Kindseth and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy
Cleric of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
seating of the Village Council of said Village held February 2. 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office sad the aam 1e a f6ll,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this l8th day of February. 1970.
