HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-054VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT b CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February, 1970. ii The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-54 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Engineer to the Village Council recommending the storm sewer installation Project #68-2A ii on the following described areae at a cost of $6,408.06, to -wit: Lots 4,5 and 6 Block 1 Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, Glen Erie Addition The South 412.5 feet of the North 445.5 feet of the West 141.5 feet of the East 316.5 feet of the NEfs of N11c of Section 24, Township 118, Range 22. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to H.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.1110 at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ment on the 2nd day of March, 1970, at the Village Hall. in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 p.m. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ride, Councilman Hints. Johrson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one vote'. against. Whereupon the motion was declared dummy paaaed and adopted. Page 2, Resolution 070-54 STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
