RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

i; Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
c4 2nd day of February, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No members were absent.
j; Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved

REEESOLUTION NO. 70-52
WHEREAS, pursuant to c Resolution passed by the Council on
October 27, 1969, the Village Consultant Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the Minneapolis Connection Sanitary Sewer
System Project #68-1A, and presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. "Such plans and specifications, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin
an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
Improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for two weeks, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids vill
be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 A.M. on
Plan A, 11:00 on Plan B and 11:30 A.M., C.S.T. on the
Lift Station on March 6, 1970, in the Council Chambers of
the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the amount of such
bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vaf duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
iC following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I

minutes of a regular sleeting of the Village Council of said Village
held February 2, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same Is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom inso-
far as the same relates to Project #6$-1A.
