Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a remular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of February , 19 70 . The following members were present:

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and.
moved its adoption:
RESOLLT102i No. 70-50
NOW THEREF03E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLD:OUTH:
The Police Chief is hereby directed to take copies of the
Junk and Litter Ordinance to Gasoline Service Stations
who request renewal of their license with a letter'from
the Mayor informing them of the ordinance and giving them
one week to comply with same. after which the station will .,
be checked to see if the renewal license will or will not
be granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth • . and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted iv favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson. Kindseth and Spaeth and the following voted
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of rite minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held Feb. 2 , 19.70 . with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full. true and complete
transcript therefrom.
