Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of III

the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2ndday of February , 19 70 . The following members wore present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Spaeth and Kindseth
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and.

RESOLUTIOS N0. 70-49
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLV1;OU`TH.
The period of time before a license is to be issued is hereby
extended to thirty (30) days, for Herb's Service Garage, ,
Plymouth Village Automotive and Worth Oil Co., dba/ Holiday.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly , j
seconded by Cogicilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voced'iv favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth. Johnson and Kindseth . and the following voted
against: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
ueputy Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I nave carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held February 2, 19 70 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
